Focus
I help people with loneliness, anxiety and depression.
Philosophy
I believe that therapy works when the patient and I work together as a team. Through open and transparent conversations, we can deepen your understanding of relationships, their nature and history. The work is collaborative, challenging and authentic.
Approach
I approach treatment by getting an understanding of what brought you to therapy, what your experience with therapy has been, your history and then what is going on today. Relationships with family, friends, partners and coworkers are a particular focus as well as your relationship with yourself. We will work to better understand their nature and your goals around them. My style is conversational, open and transparent.
